The livers of Tashkent city lay flowers, candles and toys to the building of the embassy of Russian Federation in the capital of Uzbekistan as a sign of memory to the people dead in fire in the shopping center “The winter cherry”.
This way people condole with the relatives of the deceased people in Kemerovo. Furthermore, the memory of the dead was honored with a minute of silence by the participants of the international conference of regulation the situation in Afghanistan in Tashkent city. The headperson of Afghanistan, Ashraf Gani, condoled with Russian delegation with Serge Lavrov, which situated in Tashkent.
The president of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, also sent a letter with the words of condoles to the president of Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, due to the significant amount of deceased people in the fire in a Russian city. In the letter the headperson of Uzbekistan impressed the words of sincere sympathy and support to the Russian notion, relatives of the dead people.
Vladimir Putin during the unplanned meeting with the volunteer group in Kemerovo promised to punish the guilty people of the tragedy. He also called not to doubt in official number of dead people and not to believe the internet web-sites.
The president assured the participants of the meeting, where were also the relatives of diseased and damaged people that the investigation will be held thoroughly. He told that there are working the investigation group of 100 people under the control of the headperson Aleksandr Barstrigin in the place of the tragedy. Earlier during the meeting in Kemerovo Putin declared that the fire began owing to criminal negligence and slovenliness.
The fire in the four floored shopping center in Kemerovo was on Sunday. The victims were 64 people and 8 children as a minimum. There are still 18 people in hospitals. The diagnose of the most of them is carbon monoxide poisoning.
